Where can I buy IHR butcher blocks ?

All our butcher blocks are made onsite in Geelong and available to view at our warehouse. As we have an online shopping facility, you can buy our butchers blocks anywhere throughout Australia. If you need more information don’t hesitate to contact us.

What is your refund & exchange policy?

We do not accept change of mind returns for items purchased or because of damage by a third parties.

Refund and exchange policy

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from IHR Pty Ltd you are not entitled to a refund but at our discretion we may allow a swap over.

We will refund the purchase price or exchange those products or repair (other than gift cards or seconds)  in the Australia subject to the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase;
  2. You must provide your name and address;
  3. The returned items must not be clearance or custom made items; and
  4. The returned items must be unused undamaged with original tags/labels attached.
  5. it must proved that the items were not as described

If the products you have purchased from us are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding you or providing a replacement product or a repair provided that items are returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion or fees will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.

What is the item is faulty?

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or  providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

What if my order is damaged by transport and logistics?

Imperial Hospitality Retailers Pty Ltd (IHR) is not responsible for damage by a carrier. Once a carrier accepts goods from us they acknowledge acceptance in good condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect goods on arrival and take issue with damage with that carrier. Customers accept that once we have delivered the item to a carrier that the responsibility for the goods is transferred from IHR.

IHR will not be responsible for debts incurred in its name by other parties without its prior consent i.e. you cant just send items back without our consent

Are your butchers blocks all handcrafted?

Yes. Ian Royce is a craftsman with more than 20 years experience making butchers blocks. He is a specialist in his field and passionate about the products he makes.

Are these butchers blocks only for household kitchens?

No, not at all. We supply butchers blocks to both the domestic and commercial markets. Our range of styles means these butchers blocks are ideal for home as well as being durable and large enough for the rigors of a busy commercial kitchen.

I don’t have a rustic or country decor styled home, will your butchers benches and tables suit a modern home?

Of course the final decision is yours, but we believe our butchers blocks, butchers benches and butchers tables can suit a range of home styles. While they lend themselves to a more rustic look, this look is also compatible with a modern style home. Remember you can choose from our range of colours – black, white, red and walnut.
